Dresserbeds come with a 1 year limited warranty against manufacture defects.

Damages in shipment

In the unlikely any boxes appear damaged, accept the shipment and call us with the description of the damaged part and a new part will be shipped to you at no charge.

Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied and wish to return any or all of your order, call 800-510-9663 so we may issue a return authorization number. All returns must be sent in the original packaging (keep your boxes). Upon receipt of the merchandise in a resalable condition we will issue credit to the original credit card used (less freight).  All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. No returns are accepted for customer finished or custom finished products. No returns will be accepted after 14 days, no exceptions.
